Circuit Clerk

Kimberly Clinton has served the Missouri Judiciary since December 8, 1998, bringing more than 27 years of experience in court administration. On January 1, 2025, she was appointed Interim Circuit Clerk by the Jasper County Court en Banc, and on July 3, 2025, she was formally appointed Circuit Clerk by Governor Mike Kehoe.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Clinton served as Senior Deputy Court Clerk in the Jasper County Circuit Court, a role she held since April 16, 2001. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Deputy Court Clerk in the Howell County Circuit Court in West Plains, Missouri.

Throughout her career, Ms. Clinton has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development, regularly participating in Judicial Education programs offered by the Office of State Courts Administrator. These trainings have enhanced her expertise in court operations and expanded her understanding of the judicial system as a whole.

Ms. Clinton is an active member of the Missouri Professional Association of Circuit Clerks and the National Association for Court Management. She also serves on the Criminal Focus Group and Management Focus Group with the Office of State Courts Administrator, where she collaborates with colleagues across the state to improve court processes and the administration of justice. In recognition of her professional excellence and accomplishments, she has been honored by the Worldwide Women’s Association. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Clinton is an engaged member of the Jasper County Republican Women and contributes to local civic and community initiatives.

Kimberly and her husband, Gary, reside in Webb City, Missouri, and are proud parents of one child.
