Circuit Clerk

Kimberly Clinton has served with the Missouri Judiciary since December 8, 1998, bringing over 26 years of experience in court administration. On January 1, 2025, she was appointed Interim Circuit Clerk by the Jasper County Court en Banc. Prior to this appointment, held the position of Senior Deputy Court Clerk in the Jasper County Circuit Court, where she has served since April 16, 2001. Prior to that, she worked as a Deputy Court Clerk in the Howell County Circuit Court in West Plains, Missouri.

Throughout her career, Ms. Clinton has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth, regularly participating in Judicial Education courses offered by the Office of State Courts Administrator. These trainings strengthened her expertise in court operations and broadened her understanding of the judicial system.

She also serves as a member of the Criminal Focus Group with the Office of State Courts Administrator, collaborating with colleagues statewide to improve the criminal justice process. Beyond her professional role, Ms. Clinton is an engaged member of the Jasper County Republican Women, contributing to civic and community initiatives.

Kimberly and her husband, Gary, reside in Webb City, Missouri, and are proud parents of one child. Together, they take great pride in their community and in contributing to the fair and effective administration of justice.
