Criminal Background Check
Criminal history record information is not only used by law enforcement agencies, but is also available for non-criminal justice requests. Background checks are processed through Missouri State Highway Patrol and are available in two forms:
A personal identifier or name-based search which searches information based on the name, date of birth, and social security number of an individual; and
Fingerprint search.
