The Jasper County Circuit Clerk’s Office is committed to providing exceptional service to the public and attorneys with an overall effort to promote excellence in Judicial Administration. You will find links for all clerk divisions, including Domestic, Civil, Criminal, Traffic, Finance and Probate. The homepage includes links to inform you of court schedules and what to expect when you come to court or appear for jury service. Also, available are many court forms that can be completed online.

The 29th Judicial Circuit Court handles over 17,000 new cases each year including traffic tickets, civil cases, misdemeanor criminal and felony criminal cases. You can find information about these cases on Case.net. Our dedicated staff work hard to ensure everyone is respected and promptly served and has complete access to the Judicial System. The Clerk’s Office is open to receive phone calls Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with our service windows open from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. We are closed from 12:00PM to 1:00PM for lunch and closed for all state holidays.
