Judge Luke Boyer
Judge Boyer graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2000 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2006. He is also a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, receiving a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation in 2012.
Prior to taking the bench, he worked for Wal-Mart, Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas, before going into private practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He started Boyer Law Firm, LLC in 2012. His practice was a general law practice, practicing in the areas of corporate law, business and estate planning, probate, as well as other civil and criminal matters. He also represented the Jasper County Public Administrator and the Missouri Association of Public Administrators.
Judge Boyer is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Arkansas state courts, as well as the United States Western District of Arkansas. He is a member of the Missouri and Jasper County Bar Associations. He also serves on a variety of non-profit boards including the Webb City R-7 Schools Foundation and Community Support Services. He is a member of the Webb City Elk’s Lodge and the Webb City-Carl Junction Rotary Club. He and his wife, Laura, live in Webb City with their four sons.
